Fancy some creative fun, or want to try out a new skill? Our three hour Millinery Workshops are designed to be an introduction to millinery, where you learn a little about millinery techniques and materials, watch some demonstrations and understand more about the design process- and then do it all yourself! You will finish the session with a headpiece suitable for wearing. Included in the session is: Learning the names of millinery materials, their functions and how to use them How to style the materials together in a typical modern day millinery fashion Different feathers used in millinery and how to shape them and add them to your creation. There is a limit to six people per session, meaning you get plenty of opportunities to ask questions or have direct interaction with the course leader. We also provide tea, coffee and biscuits- what could be better?! Please let us know ahead of the session of any allergies or intolerance you may have.
